So you're not sure about this Crossfit thing right? That's Ok neither was I when I started over 5 years ago.
I get it! you're nervous, even a bit scared and that's Ok. Almost all of us felt the exact same way. OnRamp / Starting January 2017
So you're new to Crossfit? This is how and where we get you started…
We're positive that the OnRamp Introductory CrossFit course is the best place for you to start. Sign up for the Next OnRamp and receive a 1 hour nutritional consultation ($99 value) and a custom CrossFit Insight log book ($28 value) to keep track of your work out progress.
It is highly recommended that all new clients attend the OnRamp. This is a series of eight (8) one hour sessions that will systematically teach the fundamental movements of CrossFit during a four week period. Workouts will incorporate gymnastics, basic light Olympic lifting, kettle bells, running, rowing and various other skills into exciting and challenging “workouts of the day” (WODs). See “What is Crossfit” for more details. The classes should be taken in sequence as scheduled for the best results. The course is offered every 4 weeks. At the completion of the 4 weeks, you will be armed with the basic's of CrossFit and be able to start attending the regular group CrossFit classes. Rest assured that the coaching doesn't stop here. On the of chance that you do not feel ready you are more then welcome to retake the OnRamp Course for 50% off the initial price. Well, what are you waiting for? If you think you should be excused from the required “OnRamp Intro Course” please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment with a trainer. If you are competent at all basic CrossFit movements, you can go straight to group CrossFit classes. If the trainer determines that you need to take a few of the intro sessions or a few personal training sessions, you will be directed accordingly.
