Taking that first step?
So you're not sure about this Crossfit thing right? That's Ok neither was I when I started over 5 years ago.
I get it! you're nervous, even a bit scared and that's Ok. Almost all of us felt the exact same way. But you've made it here and you're looking for something different because you know the regular big box gyms just don't cut it. What if there was a different place with different people. People that help every day. People that teach you better movement, every movement every day if need be. People that if you don't show up to the gym they call you to see if everything is Ok.
