10 Front Rack Lunges, 95/65 lbs

10 Hollow Rocks

100 m Farmer Carry, 32/24 lbs

Extra Credit

60 seconds each side rolling glutes with lac ball

Training Intent

– Skill: Practice pistol progressions.
– Metcon: Each athlete will get 1:1 work/rest. Lunges should be moderately heavy today. Weighted Lunges are always challenging and even more so for athletes that have never done them so if you need extra rest between sets take it. GPP work is a great to “unload” and doubles as conditioning work.
