Station 1 – 400m Team Prowler (With 45lb plate) Push
Station 2 – Max row Calories
Teams may use two rowers and add calories rowed together.
Team 1 starts on station 1 and pushes the prowler 200m twice (400m total) Team 2 rows for max calories until team 1 returns and then they switch. Score for the day is the total calories rowed.
