Metcon "20min Amrap"

In teams of 3 complete the following

100 Double unders (200 skips, 2 for 1)

100 Sit ups

100 Box jumps

100 Burpees to a 45lb plate

Athlete 1 runs 400m (Station 1)

Athlete 2 starts on Amrap (Station 2)

Athlete 3 rests (Station 3) 

When athlete 1 returns team mates will rotate to next stations, So athlete 1 takes over where athlete 2 left of on the Amrap, athlete 2 rests and athlete 3 runs 400m.

Teams must always have 1 person running, 1 person working on Amrap and 1 person resting.
