Bench press 5 reps - 5 reps - 5 reps or more (Think Amrap)

This is Wendler week 1 of month 2, The goal is to add 10 pounds to your lower body movements and 5 pounds to your upper body movements from week one of last months numbers.

Every min on the min 4 Deadlifts 185/135

Both metcon versions start with the Wall balls. Choose a weight for you deadlift that is challenging but you can do 5 reps every time.
