Saturday Team WOD

"Team chipper" 3ppl - 20 min cap

1800m relay run, 200m then switch until complete

100 Front squats 155/105 - The other 2 athletes must hang from the pull up rig

200 Sit ups - The other 2 athletes must hold the top of a deadlifts 365/225 (2 ppl one bar)

You may only complete reps when the other 2 athletes are performing the hold if an athlete drops at any time from the pull up bar or drops the deadlift the other athlete must stop working or the reps will not count.
