Teams of 2

3 min max tire flips (large tire for boys, small tire for girls)

1 min rest

3 min max 50 foot sled push - 25 feet down and back (3 x 45 plates boys, 2 x 45 plate girls, every 25 feet counts as 1 rep)

1 min rest

3 min max pull ups

1 min rest

3 min max wall balls 20/14 (10 foot target)

1 min rest

3 min max calories on rower

1 min rest

3 min max plate facing burpee over plate (45lb plate/partner must do 2 or more burpees before switching)  

One team starts at each of the stations and rotates threw stations in order top to bottom, If you start at the last station (burpees) then your next station is the tire flips at the top.
