800 m run then two rounds of

40/20 one are dumbbell snatch 50/30 (alternating arms) Use Kettle bells if needed

40/20 Burpees

40/20 Lunge with dumbbell 50/30 (one dumbbell front rack)

40/20 Box jump over 24/20

In teams of 2, 40reps first round / 20reps second round, Ever one runs 800m, If one partner is back from the 800m before the other you may not start the snatched until partner #2 is back and tags partner #1.  (DO NOT DROP DUMBBELLS)
