How do we feel about "DEATH BY" sit ups
every min on the min for as long as possible, Start with 2 sit ups and add 2 every min
Min 1 = 2 sit ups
Min 2 = 4 sit ups
Min 3 = 6 sit ups and so on......
5 x 5 Hand stand push ups (Scale to push ups if needed 5 x 5 with 5 second lower)
10 banded runs (1 length of the gym = 1) switch every rep with your partner.
This is the best part don't cheat it, put in the work.
