Take 3 or 4 warm up sets of 3-5 reps each then try to set a 10 rep max for your thruster.
In teams of two complete the following for time only one person working at a time. You may break up reps any way you like.
Wallballs 20/14 to 10 feet (20/10 to a 9 foot target)
Box Jumps 24/20
