Teams of 3ppl, As many rounds as possible in 2 min work one 1 min rest repeated for 7 cycles.

3 Power Cleans 135/95

6 Push ups

9 Wall balls 20/14 "10 foot target

One person at each station for the whole 2 min, During the 1 min rest athletes may change stations how ever switching is not mandatory.
