This is a great wod that needs to be paced out more by time per round. Even though its only 10 min think 2 min per round is 5 rounds. You should be able to go unbroken on the movements but slow and steady wins for sure. You don't want to hit the wall after a speedy 3 rounds only to look up at the clock and see that you're only 3 min in. Trust my I've done it, its not fun that way.
