Deadlifts 5 at 65%/5 at 75%/ 85% for max reps.
This is the 2nd cycle of the Wendler, so if you completed the 1st cycle, the goal is to add 10 pounds from your last months numbers for your lower body movements and 5 pounds for your upper body movements. If you didn't complete last month start wherever you left off. If you're unsure ask your coach.

In teams of 3 ppl complete as many rounds as possible in 12 min. As soon as the first athlete finishes their Kb swings, athlete 2 may start the Kb swings and when athlete 2 finishes, athlete 3 may start. You may not start the next exercise until the athlete in front of you finishes and you may not pass an athlete. One round is completed every time an athlete finishes 10 wall balls.
