30 Medball sit ups over box 14/10

30 Box jump/step ups 24/20

30 Kb swings 24/16

30 Air squats

For the Medball sit up partners sit on opposite sides of box, Partner 1 does a sit up touching the ball behind there head and as you sit up you toss the ball over the box to your partner.
