Lets Roll the dice!

"The Dice Game" (3Rds)

In teams of two complete the following for time (30 min time cap)

__ 100m Run X 1 (Both ppl run)

__ Kettlebell swings (24/16) X 5

__ Wallballs (20/14) X 5

__ Pull ups X 4

__ Goblet Squats X 5

__ Push ups X 3

__ Double unders X 10

__ Calorie row X 2

   At the start of class 8 different ppl will roll the dice once, We will then use that number plus the multiplier to fill in the number of reps for each exercise. Good Luck!
