Ring dips 7x5

 Metcon scale deadlifts to 50-60% of one rep max, For Box jump overs both feet must touch the top of the box but there is no requirement to open hips at top of box and both feet must touch ground as well.  For skill add weight to ring dips if possible. If unable to do ring dips scaled option is 5x10 Perfect push ups. Try then elevated on boxes. As always if unsure talk to your coach about proper scaling options for you.
