Squats: 80, 64, 48, 32, 24, 16

KB Swing: 40, 32, 24, 16, 12, 8

Pull ups: 20, 16, 12, 8, 6, 3

Weight for kettle bell is 24/16kg.

First round is 80 squats, 40 kb swings and 20 pull ups, second round is 64 squats, 32 kb swings and 16 pull ups and so on.  Scale pull ups with bands, jumping pull ups or ring rows.
