 Choose a weight that will allow you to complete at least half of the push press unbroken during any given round.  While the prescribed weights are 115-lb. for Men and 80-lb. for Women, choose and weight that suits your ability level. Usually around 50% of your one rep max. For Kettle bell swings choose a weight that lets you move with good form, For the Box jumps make sure you are standing up tall and extending your knees and hips fully at top. If you are not 100% confident, do step ups instead.   As always, use your head, and ask the Coach for assistance if you are ever unsure.
