CrossFit is Insight's signature class offering. The only machine you’ll use in CrossFit is your body. Each hour-long class will incorporate cardiovascular, body-weight, Olympic weight lifting, and/or gymnastic training. No matter your personal fitness level, our certified CrossFit coaches will ensure you get a challenging workout while staying safe! At Insight, we pride ourselves on having the most qualified coaches in the area. Our staff has the best training to ensure Insight athletes receive the safest and most effective coaching.
Metabolic Conditioning workouts, or MetCons for short, are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. Walk in, crawl out. Metcon is a 45-minute high intensity group fitness class without barbells for clients of all levels.
**Admission of a child (Under 16years of age) into our regular program will exclusively depend on that child’s capacity to grasp the fundamental movements safely.
