Old Skool HIIT stlye but kicking boot camp. This FIT-camp is a 45 min - 2 times per week class held on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 5:15-6pm These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 45min time frame. The term "boot camp" was used in the fitness industry to describe group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie, and team effort. They were designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. We think they were awesome, we miss them and we're bringing it back.
$225 plus HST per 6 week session. ($18.75 per class)
Next camp starts September 18th.
